Most owners receive a bike that needs only basic setup: handlebar alignment, pedal installation, and a safety check.
Dealer delivery includes professional assembly and handover. Step-by-step guides and video walkthroughs publish here before first customer delivery.

Assembly instructions on file from manufacturing stay internal until reviewed and approved for owners.

Service

Keeping your Docker on the road

  • Routine checks: tyres, brakes, chain, and battery health — same principles as any quality bike, with electric-specific guidance at launch.
  • Dealer network support for mechanical and electrical service in Western Australia first, then nationally.
  • When something goes wrong, owners reach support through stockists or Docker directly — response paths publish at launch.

Detailed service intervals and DIY guidance will be published from approved owner manuals — not from supplier drafts.

Warranty

What we stand for

Every Docker bike ships with clear warranty coverage for frame, electrical system, and components — aligned with Australian consumer law.
Specific duration, exclusions, and claim process will be published before first customer delivery. Full legal terms live on the warranty policy page.

Warranty terms (D-003) are pending founder and legal sign-off. Do not rely on draft figures from supplier documents.

First-container bikes are web exclusive on dockerbikes.com.au — early bird save $800. Stockists are for test rides and post-delivery support.

Are the bikes road legal in Australia?

As delivered: 250W · 25 km/h · road legal. Docker+ unlocks higher performance off-road and on private property only.
