Site content is general information about Docker bikes and services. Specifications, colours, pricing, and delivery windows may change. Binding purchase terms apply only when you complete checkout under our Sales & pre-order terms.
Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, or safety advice beyond the ordinary meaning of product information.
Accounts
4. Accounts (My Docker)
If you create a My Docker account, you must provide accurate details and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us of unauthorised use.
IP
5. Intellectual property
Docker branding, copy, photography, and design on the Site are owned by Docker Bikes Pty Ltd or used under licence. You may not copy or exploit them commercially without written permission. Supplier / OEM reference material is not public Docker IP.
Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the Site that is not caused by our negligence or breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts in Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
